Pulsed-Air Flow Stimulators are mounted through the vessel wall and positioned where material commonly hangs up or flow restrictions develop. Each unit releases a rapid, high-energy pulse of compressed air across the inside surface, separating material from the wall and returning it to the active flow stream. Multiple units can be sequenced by a timer or controller to address bridging, ratholing, buildup, clinging, and inconsistent discharge. They are used on bins, silos, hoppers, chutes, transfer points, mixers, blenders, cyclones, dryers, ducts, and other enclosed process equipment. Because the air is delivered intermittently and directly where needed, these systems can improve material flow without continuous aeration, vessel vibration, or repeated manual cleaning. For additional technical information, click on any model of interest.
